The STArt program is designed for anyone new to the Tracy Anderson Method, online at home workouts, or new to exercise in general. Throughout these weekly classes with Tracy or her Senior Trainers, you will learn the foundation and technique of the Method – where your muscular structure is being developed from the inside out while we build strength and awaken your accessory muscles. And don’t worry about the hand and leg weights if you do not have them yet. You will get there throughout this online fitness program!

TRACY'S PRESCRIPTION

Follow this program 4-7 days per week for maximum results. Once you feel ready, add the 1.5 lb leg weights as the sequences are designed to incorporate.Watching the breakdown sessions is key to learning the correct form and the execution of movements.

FUNDAMENTAL

(INTERMEDIATE)

IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?

The FundamenTAl program is designed for Online Studio members with experience and knowledge of the Tracy Anderson Method, and feel ready to master the angles and lower body workout sequences found in the more STArt based programs. Here, Tracy will build on your strength for weight transfer support and prepare your muscular structure for our AtTAin Definition Master Classes. This level is all about the form and performance! Remember, the more times you can get your workouts in each week, the more your muscles will remember it, therefore enhancing your results towards achieving a toned, balanced body.

TRACY'S PRESCRIPTION

Follow this program 4-7 days per week. It is okay to start this program without using weights, with the intention of incorporating them as soon as possible for maximum results. Watching the breakdown sessions is key to learning the correct form and the execution of movements.

The AtTAin Definition Master Class program is designed for Online Studio members with AtTAin Definition experience and knowledge of the Tracy Anderson Method, and feel ready to master the angles and choreography like never before with an advanced workout. Here, you will build the bridge of your mind-body connection, and learn the full body workout sequences that will help you achieve the body you desire. Remember, the truth of your performance is the truth of your results – especially now!

Follow this program 4-7 days per week for maximum results. For the intentional cardiovascular and skin tone benefits, perform these sessions in optimum heat and humidity environments. Watching the breakdown sessions is key to learning the correct form and the execution of movements.
