MYMODE is an instrument of physical intelligence. This is a multidimensional program and apparatus, composed of a multifunctional staff, mat, disk, multi-port anchoring system, and multidimensional workout platform, with custom sets of weights and resistance bands. With diverse planes of training, MYMODE reaches the deepest muscle layers–designed to combat age-related muscle loss and imbalance.
The individual pieces of the MYMODE apparatus come together in an eco-conscious wooden box with four different levels, which serves as the platform for the workout. With a custom-tailored staff socket, the workout platform was designed to enable multidirectional movement.

Every single MYMODE apparatus is made from carefully sourced wood with unique grain patterns, color hues, natural markings, and finish variations. Much like our personal MYMODE journeys, no two pieces are exactly the same.

NUMBERS
MYMODE is predominantly made of wood, which is used by very few in our industry. We’re changing that.
MYMODE is 95% plastic-free by weight. 44% of the plastic used is post-consumer recycled material. MYMODE is free from PVC, formaldehyde, phthalates, and azodicarbonamide–all of which are common in exercise equipment (especially soft goods).
Less than 5% of MYMODE materials include neoprene, food safe santoprene and silicone, ABS, PU, nitrile. Throughout the production process, our engineers switched out these standard materials for wood, starch foam, twine, burlap, cotton, and recycled cardboard.
MYMODE is packaged using materials like post-consumer recycled cardboard and tape. We have ditched plastic wraps and ties for burlap bags and cotton twine. Even the packaging pads are water soluble, made from 100% starch so they dissolve in water.
MYMODE is predominantly made of wood, which is an organically biodegradable material–used by very few in our industry. We’re changing that.
