Tracy Anderson Method Introduces FundamenTAl Class At Hamptons Outposts

Have you hit pause on your fitness routine, but are ready to get back into it? FundamenTAl, Tracy Anderson Method’s new intermediate level mat-based workout, which addresses everything from arms to abs, to legs, will have you ready for intense training sessions in no time.

“Designed for beginner and intermediate levels, this class is designed in a way to ensure that you aren’t skipping grades to get to AtTAin Definition, which is delivered based on my Master Class,” Tracy Anderson, fitness pioneer and Creator of the Tracy Anderson Method, explained. “The truth of your results lies in how well you perform the truth of the sequence.”

The 50-minute class is focused on establishing strength, as well as readying muscular structure for the more advanced Tracy Anderson Method AtTAin Definition class series.
