FEATURES:
Warmup & Arms (15 MIN): At a beginner to intermediate level Tracy verbally cues you through a warm up and various arm moves that get your body warm and ready for the workout that follows.
Abs (15 MIN): The ab mat work will take you through different crunch and plank positions that utilize the many abdominal muscles for a lean, flat stomach.
Legs & Thighs (15 MIN): Standing thigh and lower body program that uses a chair for balance support, you will be lead through a series of easy to follow movement patterns targeting your legs.
Butt (15 MIN): Using strategic movements to target the glutes Tracy verbally cues you through a series of lower body specific mat exercises with light ankle weights.

Light hand and ankle weights are suggested, but not needed: 3lb Hand Weights, 1-2lb Ankle Weights, Mat
