Tracy Anderson studios are membership based, offering members with customized prescriptions for their total health focusing on fitness, nutrition and overall wellness.

Introducing the Sag Harbor studio, located in one of our most beloved spots in the heart of the Hamptons. Moving from the former East Hampton location, the new Sag Harbor studio is a stunning venue on the Marina. Features include 2,000 square feet of sunlit studio space, an outdoor patio with ample seating, a boutique that houses Tracy-curated apparel and skincare, and incredible vistas along the bay. Opening July 1st, the Sag Harbor studio will remain open year-round. Class size is currently limited to 30 clients.
The Prescription Team
Each studio is equipped with a Prescription Team that has studied under Tracy Anderson for upwards of a decade. Upon acceptance into the studio, new members are greeted by a member of The Prescription Team who will guide and nurture them through their physical curriculums. An initial body consultation is scheduled to establish individual needs and goals with regularly scheduled progress check-ins to ensure that each member is receiving all of the benefits that the studio and our team’s expertise has to offer.
Membership at a Tracy Anderson studio includes exclusive access to the Tracy Anderson Prescription Team, unlimited Tracy Anderson Method in-studio group classes, Custom Programming, and discounts on Private Training and curated retail and nutritional products, including the TA Online Studio.
Members-Only Custom Programming
In addition to a robust group class schedule – with options for beginner and advanced clients, alike, studio members are encouraged to participate in Tracy Anderson Method Custom Programming at no additional cost. Custom Programming is where the individual strategy of your body prescription comes to life through customized exercise sequences that have been designed for you – and change every 10 sessions based on your plan with The Prescription Team. This service is also designed for women returning to exercise after pregnancy, allowing them to reconnect with their body while keeping postpartum body changes in mind, or anyone with physical limitations.
A Tracy Anderson trainer is available during each member’s Custom Programming session to teach and guide them through their new routines while providing tips and correction on form and execution.
Private training with a Tracy Anderson trainer is available in-studio and off-site for studio members and non-members. The Private Training service is not included in the studio membership package, but is available to members at a discounted rate. The studios offer various personal training packages, including a popular 10-session package with the added component of a consultation with The Prescription Team. During this consultation, a customized program is designed to meet the client’s physical goals.
Select Tracy Anderson trainers are also available for travel opportunities across the United States and internationally.
The Tracy Anderson training staff are the best in the fitness industry. Each professional has undergone an intensive selection process and rigorous training program alongside Tracy and her body prescription team. Your trainer will not only be silently leading you through your Tracy Anderson Method workout, but they will be doing it with you; every single move, every step of the way.
The music will help you through your workout — which is why it’s loud and upbeat. Emotions come up because the music is on. You’re preoccupied, and unable to address the fact that you are being physically challenged in this space. The classroom environment is good for people to heal, without realizing how much they are healing. Let the music speak through you, and energize you. Complimentary ear plugs are available at reception for clients with hearing sensitivities.
Our classrooms are heated to 95 degrees with 75 percent humidity. Working out in the heat and humidity provides a number of benefits: sweat encourages the body to release toxins and improves the skin elasticity and tone. The heat also keeps the muscles warm, ready to move, and malleable.
Remember to stay hydrated. When you exercise and sweat you are utilizing the body’s natural cooling mechanism. Guess what? All it wants in return is new water. Now that’s cleansing!
