Meet the Studio

Palm Beach, we’re back. Tracy Anderson’s residency at The Colony Hotel is officially returning this year from January 25th to April 30th, 2025. Throughout the season, The Colony will host 90-minute Tracy Anderson workouts (7 - 8:30 am / 9 - 10:30 am) led by our top TA trainers. To celebrate, Tracy herself will be hosting a special ViTAlity Week at The Colony from March 28 to March 31, 2025.
