If the Tracy Anderson Method had a code word, it would be balance. That’s because for more than 20 years, Tracy has Set up: Face forward standing
been helping people create balance where there is imbalance in their bodies, designing strategic muscle-exhaustion at back working side corner
sequences proven to deliver results. 2b. Extend leg to

Following Tracy’s first research study, she met and hired Maria Kelling, who has been part of the company’s DNA since back of chair
2006. Working as chief training officer and head of The Prescription Team under Tracy’s guidance, Maria is the person
you want to have on speed dial when your body needs a tune-up. Just like the world’s most celebrated people do, we 2b
turned to her to prescribe us a workout that will stand the test of time. “This Balanced Body sequence is a great way for
people at any fitness level to build strength and balance by engaging multiple muscles,” Maria tells us. “Not only will
you call upon your muscles in new ways, but you’ll also feel the benefits of stretching through each of the positions.”

Here, Maria leads us through a Tracy Anderson Method workout from her home in Los Angeles, where she has been
 spending time with her family.
