GINGER SIMPLE SYRUP

                                                                                                                                           WATERMELON MINT-ARITA (serves 1)                                      ¼ cup fresh ginger, peeled and

                                                                                                                                           1 cup fresh         ½ cup ice
                                                                                                                                           watermelon, cubed,   2 oz tequila blanco                              ½ cup monk fruit sweetener

                                                                                                                                                               1 oz orange simple                                1. Simmer all ingredients in a
