You can now customize your HeartStone with the Om Your Energy Crystal Bundle, which includes five new gemstones to personalize your set of HeartStone weighted energy trainers: carnelian, hematite, jade, amethyst, and rhodochrosite. Along with the original rose quartz, these crystals were chosen for their unique energy. Cherished across different cultures and traditions for their various healing properties and powerful qualities, each stone captures a special intention to infuse your workout with the energy that serves your practice.
Carnelian
For vitality and creative energy
Ancient Egyptians named it the “Sunset Stone,” believing it could inspire passion. Romans wore it in signet rings and amulets for courage and strength during battle. In Ancient Indian traditions, carnelian is associated with the sacral chakra (just below the navel), relating to sexuality, pleasure, and self-expression.
Hematite
For strength and grounding
Hematite is a gemstone with metallic luster and deep, earthy tones. Ancient Romans believed hematite could make warriors invincible, while in ancient Egypt, it was used as a protective amulet. Hematite’s iron content is often connected to emotional grounding and balancing, improving circulation, and stability when overcoming life’s challenges.
Jade
For balance and harmony
Ancient Chinese culture considered the mesmerizing green jade the “Stone of Heaven,” believed to bring good fortune and protection. The Mayans and Aztecs considered jade a sacred emblem of fertility, while many other cultures link it to luck, harmony, and balance.
Amethyst

Amethyst is definitely associated with consciousness: Ancient Greeks believed the gemstone could ward off intoxication for mental clarity. In many other cultures, it’s linked to qualities that alleviate stress and negativity from the mind, including intuition, insight, and spiritual enlightenment.
Rhodochrosite
For love and compassion
With its vibrant pink and white bands that radiate affection, rhodochrosite symbolizes love, compassion, and emotional healing. Ancient Incas called it the “Inca Rose,” believing it was the blood of their ancestors turned to stone. It’s often linked to emotional resilience, and the practice of connecting to the heart through self-acceptance and transcending emotional obstacles.
How to Upgrade Your Crystal
- Push down on the original rose quartz crystal with the pressure of your palm, and twist counter-clockwise (left) until the stone loosens.
- Once the original stones are removed and safely stored, insert your choice of the five stones.
- Repeat the process to switch them in and out as you desire, and infuse your HeartStone practice with the unique qualities of each stone.
Tip: If the stone does not loosen, apply more pressure with your palm. Please note that significant heat and/or humidity may affect the ease of switching your stones.
Inside the Om Your Energy Crystal Bundle
The Om Your Energy Crystal Bundle includes two exquisite mounted stones of each crystal type (for a total of ten stones), designed for seamless installation into your HeartStones. Each set of stones comes with a solid maple wooden base for safely storing and elegantly displaying your extra crystals when not in use.
