the Tracy Anderson Method

Why?
Music inspires movement and guides us
every step of the way.
It’s a constant in our classes and provides an opportunity for self-reflec-
tion that’s initiated with every beat, and embraced with every move-
ment. The inner work is just as important as the outer work, after all.
Just like the exercises that make up the Tracy Anderson Method, we aim
to keep things fresh with our workout playlists, which is why we’re enlist-
ing these talented artists—“southern pop” singer Sophia Scott,

on Inspired by Sophia Scott’s single “WHITE FENCE,” this photo captures the feeling of
