We must grieve, we must mourn, and we must take action. There are no words that could begin to address the horrors we have seen over the past few weeks. Uvalde, Buffalo, Brooklyn. We stand with these communities and their heroes. For the families who lost loved ones yesterday, we grieve with you. This is a brand of pain no parent should ever have to suffer, a tragedy that no prayer or kind word can erase. The only way to protect our children tomorrow is to act now.

Almost 10 years have passed since Sandy Hook. There have been over 200 mass shootings in the past 145 days, 27 of which took place at our schools. It can feel impossible to imagine a path forward in this darkness.

Yet, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez shared an important reminder with a quote from activist Miriame Kaba: “Hope is a discipline.” Hope is not a feeling, it’s a practice.

As a brand committed to health and wellness, we at Tracy Anderson Method are taking action to address this national health crisis, by exercising hope. Gun violence is an epidemic in this country, and we support the communities most impacted, and will amplify the efforts of those paving the way forward.
