The PER4MANCE Program (P4P) by Tracy Anderson is an annual curriculum of strategic, digital content designed to enhance the ways our minds and bodies speak to each other. This isn’t about the workout, it’s about the work-in.

Delivered throughout the quarter, students of the program receive methodological, performance-based video coursework from Tracy and her team of trusted experts to balance the body, mind and spirit.
