The PER4MANCE Program (P4P) by Tracy Anderson is an annual curriculum of strategic, digital content designed to enhance the ways our minds and bodies speak to each other. This isn’t about the workout, it’s about the work-in.

Delivered in quarterly installments, students of the program receive methodological, performance-based coursework from Tracy and her team of trusted experts to balance the body, mind and spirit.

1. Meeting of the Minds

Episode 1 —Dr. Kelli Harding

Dr. Kelli Harding, author of the book The Rabbit Effect has already taught us a prescription for love, community and friendship. This quarter she returns to The PER4MANCE Program to educate our inner student on the health benefits of being a lifelong learner, while helping us to discover our purpose. 

Episode 2 — Dr Zita West 

Zita West, a midwife for nearly 40 years, with a focus on fertility, she  has helped thousands of women throughout their journeys to pregnancy.  In this course Zita will give our inner student a fertility lesson on conceiving; covering ovulation, how to work out your fertile window, the effects hormones, stress and nutrition have on your fertility, and how to create your own plan of action. 

Episode 3 — Dr. Michael Greger 

Dr. Michael Greger, author of How Not To Die, internationally-renowned nutrition expert, physician, and founder of NutritionFacts.org, examines the fifteen top causes of premature death in America. In this course, Dr. Greger will deliver his highly sought-after presentation based on his teaching and the scientific studies behind them.

2. Food For Thought

Episode 1 —Dr. Drew Ramsey

Dr. Ramsey is not only a trusted expert in the health and wellness industry, but he is a psychiatrist, accomplished author of 3 books, and- a farmer. Using the latest in brain science, nutrition and mental health research, and an array of delicious food, Dr. Ramsey will teach our inner student how to eat right and live joyful, fulfilled lives. 

Episode 2 — Nadia Ernestus

For years, Nadia has been teaching people how to change their eating and lifestyle habits for better health while committing to produce only the best all natural and organic foods. This expert will teach our inner student how we can lead a healthier life by integrating fermented foods and probiotic bacteria into our diets.

3. Suit Up!

Episode 1 — Danny Seo

Lifestyle expert Danny Seo is here to help our inner student ‘Suit Up’ for turning our dreams into reality. In this course, Danny will be sharing his five-step method for achieving success. 

4. Community Talks

Episode 1 — Dr. Karen Binder-Brynes

Dr. Karen Binder-Brynes teaches us how to be open to new experiences, new relationships and a stronger sense of community. And through her ‘Dr Karen-isms’ she helps us understand what makes the power of community and substantive relationships – in our classrooms, our neighborhoods, and in our workplaces, so important to our health. 

5. Natural You, Natural Beauty

Episode 1– Tata Harper

This quarter’s Natural Beauty course is led by a pioneer Tata Harper. She is synonymous with non-toxic beauty. In this course, she will teach us (and show us) the essential elements on how to best care for our skin in the greenest of ways.

Tracy brings your body into The PER4MANCE Program with ever-evolving design. Over the course of the year, you will learn a new, 1 hour muscular structure sequence. T1 – 15 min., T2 – 30 min., T3 – 45 min., T4 – 60 min. In this course, Tracy provides an in depth muscular structure lecture that will benefit those new to the Method and veterans, alike.

7. The PER4MANCE Cardio Journey

Tracy brings your body into The PER4MANCE Program with ever-evolving design. Over the course of the year, you will learn a new dance cardio routine.

8. The Clear Approach

These two experts need no introduction. In this special edition of Clear Approach we are thrilled to have Dr. Habib Sadeghi and Dr. Sherry Sami share their thoughts on how we instruct our inner student to grow, look at life as a journey of discovery and see ‘the magic of life.’
