Delivered in quarterly installments, students of the program receive methodological, performance-based coursework from Tracy and her team of trusted experts to balance the body, mind and spirit.

1. Ask Tracy

Each quarter Tracy presents a new subject to her subscribers, and answers questions from P4P students.

2. Meeting of the Minds

Tracy sits down with Dr. Marc Brackett, Founding Director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, for an in-depth conversation about emotional intelligence and allowing ourselves the ‘permission to feel’. During the course of their conversation, they discuss how to diagnose our feelings, the keys to emotional health and how to be your best self.

3. Food For Thought

Master the Life Bowls with Tracy in the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when you feel you need to lose or manage weight. Join Tracy as she walks you through the steps of assembling a few of her favorites. Then, TA Chef Akeim demonstrates just how quick and easy they are to make. 4. Natural You, Natural Beauty

Tracy shares some of her go-to beauty secrets for a natural look. Find her favorite products, and more inside the new issue of TA Quarterly.

5. Dr. Habib Sadeghi’s Clear Approach

Throughout The PER4MANCE Program, Dr. Sadeghi will lend his expertise to help you reach goals, overcome obstacles, and strengthen or heal relationships. For this inaugural installment, he sits down with TA CCO Steven Beltrani to share what it means to start at the root, and his process for removing emotional blocks and creating space for clarity through journaling and PEW-12.

6. Fad or Fitness?

Tracy test drives and shares her candid thoughts on some of the newest and most technically advanced fitness products on the market. Watch and learn before adding them to your shopping cart.

7. Emotionally Fit

Throughout the course, Tracy shares how to do the work-in to be the best for your workout. In this first installment, she focuses on our five senses and how we can truly connect with them. There’s a homework assignment, too!

8. Suit Up!

Tracy curates her workout apparel as methodically as her mat sequences and music playlists. In this course, Tracy shares her current go-to workout pieces (literally) off-the-rack and why she loves to move in them.

9. Community Talks

Being a trainer for the Tracy Anderson Method requires an enormous amount of hard work and dedication. TA CCO Steven Beltrani sits down with eight of Tracy Anderson’s most Senior Trainers for an in-depth conversation on what it takes to be a leader in the fitness industry, and why they are so committed to teaching Tracy’s Method.

10. The PER4MANCE Mat Journey

Tracy brings your body into The PER4MANCE Program with ever-evolving design. Over the course of the year, you will learn a new, 15 min. muscular structure sequence. T1 – 15 min., T2 – 30 min., T3 – 45 min., T4 – 60 min. In this first course, Tracy provides an in depth muscular structure lecture that will benefit those new to the Method and veterans, alike.

11. The PER4MANCE Cardio Journey

Tracy brings your body into The PER4MANCE Program with ever-evolving design. Over the course of the year, you will learn a new dance cardio routine.

12. New issue of TA Quarterly

A publication by Tracy Anderson for the mind, body and soul.
