The PER4MANCE Program (P4P) by Tracy Anderson is an annual curriculum of strategic, digital content designed to enhance the ways our minds and bodies speak to each other. This isn’t about the workout, it’s about the work-in.
Delivered in quarterly installments, students of the program receive methodological, performance-based coursework from Tracy and her team of trusted experts to balance the body, mind and spirit.
The PER4MANCE Program is for everyone – Tracy Anderson devotees, and wellness enthusiasts, alike and created to complement the fitness focused programming available in the TA Online Studio.
