The PER4MANCE Program (P4P) by Tracy Anderson is an annual curriculum of strategic, digital content designed to enhance the ways our minds and bodies speak to each other. This isn’t about the workout, it’s about the work-in.

Delivered in quarterly installments, students of the program receive methodological, performance-based coursework from Tracy and her team of trusted experts to balance the body, mind and spirit.

The PER4MANCE Program is for everyone – Tracy Anderson devotees, and wellness enthusiasts, alike and created to complement the fitness focused programming available in the TA Online Studio.

*As a 2018 – 2019 TA Online Premium Studio member, you will automatically be registered into P4P which begins on March 29, 2019. All Online Premium content will be archived in the TA Vault found within the P4P platform. Please note that The PER4MANCE Program will replace all active TA Online Premium Studio subscriptions. Tracy brings your body into the program with ever-evolving design. Over the course of the year, you will learn a new, 15 min. muscular structure sequence. T1 – 15 min., T2 – 30 min., T3 – 45 min., T4 – 60 min.

11. The PER4MANCE Cardio Journey

Tracy brings your body into the program with ever-evolving design. Over the course of the year, you will learn a new dance cardio routine.

 The PER4MANCE Program is an annual subscription program which can be secured with a one-time payment of $440.00, or 12 easy payments of $39.99, monthly. Students receive one month free with the one-time payment option.
