What To Expect.

Vitality Week attendees will start each morning with a lecture, Q&A and customized workout led by Tracy and tailor–made to the room of participants. Do not worry if you will be able to keep up, or if you belong in the room! Everyone belongs, and each unique individual at every
level and every age has always been, and continues to be Tracy’s specialty.

Premium Pass

Join Tracy for the most exclusive Vitality Week experience. This pass includes everything offered in the Vitality Pass plus one of three premium mats situated next to Tracy during each daily workout.

What to Wear

Please dress in comfortable activewear with athletic shoes. Remember: this experience isn’t a fashion contest, but rather a place to move in your own body. Your clothing shouldn’t be too tight or uncomfortable in any way.

It is recommended that you bring 2 changes of clothing each morning. Tracy’s studio classrooms feature her proprietary infrared heat and humidity systems which maintain the room’s temperature at 90 degrees and above. You will sweat, and may want to change in the middle of your workout.

The Conversations

The 2-hour lecture and Q&A sessions are where attendees will open up about their personal vulnerabilities so that Tracy’s 20 years of focus and knowledge can help each and every one of you grow past your individual roadblocks and accomplish a new found balance and strength.

More to Know

Travel and accommodations are not included in the Vitality experience. Workout equipment will be provided by the studios in Studio City only. West Palm Beach and Steamboat Springs will need to bring workout equipment, including mat, 3-lb hand weights, 1.5 lb and 3 lb ankle weights.
