Retinol + Bakuchiol Resurfacing Serum is a powerful combination resurfacing serum that fights the signs of aging and improves skin quality. RETINOL (all-trans retinoic acid) is a hero anti-aging ingredient that improves smoothness of the skin. BAKUCHIOL is a plant-based anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory that is structurally similar to resveratrol, the active found in red wine. This concentrated combination helps to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pore size and blemishes. Retinol + Bakuchiol Resurfacing Serum has a supple, fast-absorbing consistency that feels silky on the skin. Consistent use of Retinol + Bakuchiol Resurfacing Serum helps to achieve a radiant complexion. This product is suitable for all skin types. Those with sensitive skin or pre-existing skin or eye concerns should consult with a doctor prior to incorporating any new products. Those with sensitive skin may benefit from starting with out mildest 2.5x concentration to start.
CONCENTRATIONS
MILD: 2.5x Retinol + Bakuchiol Resurfacing Serum is our gentlest formulation, suitable for sensitive skin types, or those who have never tried a retinol based product before.
MODERATE: 5x Retinol + Bakuchiol Resurfacing Serum is higher strength. This is more suitable for those who have previously tolerated retinols, or those with thick, hearty, or oily skin.
MICRO-PEEL: 10x Retinol + Bakuchiol Micro-Peel is our ultra-concentrated serum. Most clients use this as a micro-peel, for 4-7 days per month to several months, as tolerated. Anticipate mild peeling and dryness as the skin exfoliation process occurs, leaving baby-soft epithelium below.

DEVGAN’S ADVICE: My revolutionary combination of retinol and bakuchiol helps to accomplish 4 important things: reduces fine lines and wrinkles, improves hyperpigmentation and melasa, shrinks pores, and decreases blemishes. This serum is very strong so start with the 2.5 concentration at first and then gradually escalate to 5 and 10.Retinols can sometimes cause a “purge” of sebum a few days to a few weeks after use — this is normal

Retinols are not recommended for use in pregnancy or nursing
Retinol can increase sun sensitivity so I recommend following use with my SPF 44 BB Cream
