This July, Tracy officially inaugurated her brand new Sag Harbor studio. The Tracy Anderson Method team made the big leap, and relocated from our East Hampton location to the Sag Harbor Marina. Though the primary goal was to expand our studio space, it was extra special to find a new TA base in one of Tracy’s most beloved spots in the heart of the Hamptons: the ideal place for an East Coast summer.
Introducing the Sag Harbor studio

The first reason we moved our East Hampton location to Sag Harbor was to expand the space. Now, with 2000 square feet of light-filled space, I can’t wait to welcome more of you, and to move freely in this sweeping studio along the water. I’ve always felt utterly at peace in Sag Harbor—I’m excited to share that feeling with those of you who move with me this summer and beyond. Whether you’re in Sag Harbor year-round or just for the summer, taking a class at the Sag Harbor studio will serve as a release for your mind, body, and soul. All studio features were carefully curated and designed to elevate every part of the workout experience, from the moment you enter to the post-workout cool-down. With 2,000 square feet of sunlit studio space, you can experiment with your practice and expand your range of movement.

The studio space is in the heart of the Waterfront Marina, centrally located along the charming Bay Street. Tracy’s vision was to create a wellness hub that celebrates Sag Harbor culture. The area is lively and vibrant, peppered with delightful restaurants and shops (check out Vogue‘s summer guide to the Hamptons for a comprehensive tour). Discover the wonders of Mediterranean cuisine with Lulu Kitchen & Bar, Le Bilboquet, K Pasa, or DOPO La Spiaggia (all a few steps from our studio). There are also delightful shops around the corner, from LoveShackFancy and Andie Swim to Matriark—a concept store stocked with female-run brands only. It’s real gem of a neighborhood.

The Sag Harbor studio is a world unto itself. The idea was to create a haven of total-body wellness, where our clients can move freely, nourish their bodies, and enjoy a relaxed ambience. For a moment of peace after class, we have an outdoor patio with ample seating, a boutique that houses Tracy-curated apparel and skincare, a café cart with healthy refreshments and snacks, all to be enjoyed overlooking the incredible vistas along the bay. Tracy inaugurated the studio last month with her annual ViTAlity Week, an immersive experience of the Tracy Anderson Method. She led a weekend of movement, culture, culinary experiences, and connection. It was the perfect opening to an exciting space.

The Sag Harbor studio will continue to host memorable moments, remaining open year-round. Class size is currently limited to 30 clients. The studio is heated to 95°F with 75 percent humidity—a climate that encourages sweat, and allows the body to release toxins, and improve skin elasticity and tone. The heat and humidity also keep muscles warm, flexible, and prime for movement.
The studio is also equipped with a Prescription Team that has studied under Tracy Anderson for more than a decade. Upon acceptance into the studio, you will be greeted by a member of The Prescription Team who will guide and nurture you through a tailored physical curriculum. An initial body consultation determines individual needs and goals, and regularly scheduled progress check-ins ensure that you make the progress to which you aspire.
On top of a robust group class schedule with options for all levels, studio members have the opportunity to explore Tracy Anderson Method Custom Programming (complimentary with membership). Custom Programming provides customized exercise sequences that have been designed specially for you. They change every 10 sessions based on your plan with The Prescription Team. This service can be custom-tailored for women returning to exercise after pregnancy or anyone with physical limitations. A Tracy Anderson trainer is available during each member’s Custom Programming session to teach and guide them through their new routines. Private training is also available upon request. We’re with you every step of the way.
