The Black-ish star shared a glimpse into her new workout routine at Tracy Anderson Method, the boutique studio started by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who has trained Tracee for about seven years. The 47-year-old actress’s new routine includes weighted leg lifts, buttressed by resistance bands to keep her posture straight, so it works her back muscles in addition to her legs. Oh, and Tracee did it all while showing off her toned abs.
