As part of the tour, every participating Pendry hotel will offer a bespoke menu, curated by Tracy and our resident chef Ali Cruddas: an expert in plant-based gastronomy known for transforming classic dishes into nutrient-dense delights. Specialized in dietary restrictions and vegan cuisine, Chef Ali collaborated closely with Tracy to develop a custom menu for Pendry guests, featuring post-workout smoothies, savory dishes, and deliciously healthy desserts.
