The Tracy Anderson Method is its own physical language: a unique combination of complex weight transfers, dance-inspired choreography, and multidirectional movement. Every class is a one-of-a-kind experience. No two workouts are ever the same, as Tracy is constantly evolving the conversation with your body for lasting results.

THE CHOREOGRAPHY

For the past 25 years, the Tracy Anderson Method has released the largest bank of original choreography to ever come from a sole creator. The Method is unique in that the choreography is different every single week. According to Tracy, “the body demands change.” Our bodies are highly sophisticated beings with the ability to adapt to new challenges. The Method celebrates this natural gift we all have, using inspired movement to continuously engage new parts of the body

BESPOKE MENU​

As part of the tour, every participating Pendry hotel will offer a bespoke menu, curated by Tracy and our resident chef Ali Cruddas: an expert in plant-based gastronomy known for transforming classic dishes into nutrient-dense delights. Specialized in dietary restrictions and vegan cuisine, Chef Ali collaborated closely with Tracy to develop a custom menu for Pendry guests, featuring post-workout smoothies, savory dishes, and deliciously healthy desserts.

THE RESULTS

The Method is more than workout: it’s a dynamic experience that invites your body to explore new planes of motion, toning and lengthening every single muscle in your body—including the smaller accessory muscles that are often neglected in everyday life. You’ll achieve balanced proportions, increased mobility, enhanced flexibility, and freedom in motion. But even further, moving in ways that integrate your full physical self will regulate hormones, provide emotional release, lower cortisol levels, and promote well-being from the inside out.

THE PROGRAMS

In-Studio Classes

The iconic Tracy Anderson Method mat class (also known as “Muscular Structure”) with new weekly choreography for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced at our 7 studio locations, with more coming soon to new cities across the globe. Each mat class has two acts: the opening arms ceremony, and the mat sequences. Each TA studio class is set to 95℉ and 75% humidity to prime the body for multidirectional movement and total-body results. Dance Cardio, Iso-Kinetic Band, MYMODE, and HeartStone group classes are also offered to members, all on Tracy’s patented Super-G Cardio Floor.

The Online Studio

The virtual platform for clients around the world to experience the Tracy Anderson Method. The new choreography is released in the Online Studio every single week, so virtual members can train in lockstep with our in-person clients. The Online Studio also includes Elective Content, which features exciting options like Dance Cardio, Standing Sequences, and 15-Minute Body Boosts. Members also receive chef-curated menus and shopping lists, weekly calls with Tracy’s Senior Trainers for extra guidance, the latest issues of Tracy Anderson Magazine, and so much more.

MYMODE

The ultimate eco-conscious program and apparatus that engages the body across more planes of motion for next-level results. New MYMODE choreography is released in the Online Studio every 10 days for four levels: Genesis, Refresh, Primal, and Peak.

HeartStone

The meditative movement program and grounding journey to tune out the noise, and empower your body’s inner wisdom. The weighted energy trainers come with access to the HeartStone app, featuring HeartStone sessions, mantras, and special content.

THE STORY

As a professionally-trained dancer, Tracy has always been drawn to physical expression. But when her husband—an NBA player for the New York Knicks—had to go through physical rehabilitation, she delved into the science behind our bodies. She met a doctor whose research explored how athletes can ease strain on the large muscle groups by strengthening their small accessory muscles. The one problem? The amount of varied movements to continuously engage these tiny muscles was astronomical. “Nobody’s going to create that much content,” he said. “Much less sustain that level of quality and variety of movement over time.” Nobody, except Tracy.

THE RESEARCH

Tracy set out to achieve the impossible by conducting a 5-year study on 150 women, where she developed original choreography while measuring the participant’s physical progress. Her mission was to create balance where there’s imbalance in the body, and use research-backed movement to achieve strategic body design. The research study was the foundation of what would become the Tracy Anderson Method. Two decades later, the Method has become a global phenomenon, with Online Studio members in over 53 countries and state-of-the-art studio locations across the world where the magic comes to life, and the results never end.
