MYMODE is designed to feel like an extension of your body. It’s a multifunctional apparatus that expands and mutates into diverse forms, offering thousands of movement algorithms. MYMODE is an instrument of physical intelligence. This is a multidimensional program and apparatus, composed of a multifunctional staff, mat, disk, multi-port anchoring system, and multidimensional workout platform, with custom sets of weights and resistance bands. With diverse planes of training, MYMODE reaches the deepest muscle layers–designed to combat age-related muscle loss and imbalance.
The individual pieces of the MYMODE apparatus come together in an eco-conscious wooden box with four different levels, which serves as the platform for the workout. With a custom-tailored staff socket, the workout platform was designed to enable multidirectional movement.
MYMODE Lite includes:

The Pro Staff for MYMODE is a new innovation designed to intensify your movement practice with higher resistance—using smart, protective calibrations to preserve the body’s longevity in motion. The Pro Staff can be used as part of MYMODE, as well as a standalone tool to ignite your strength.
The Pro Staff comes with a custom set of two 10 lb plates, for clients to easily combine with the original MYMODE attachable weights. The Pro Staff is also fully compatible with the MYMODE apparatus. The design is meant for those who are ready to take their training further, with more sophisticated capacity to bear greater strength. It empowers both the mind and muscles in ways that sustain long-term health, heightened performance, and amplified total-body results.
