The ViTAlity Week Virtual Pass is your exclusive invitation to 2-hour workouts featuring MYMODE and HeartStone, led by Tracy herself and streamed live from tropical paradise: The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. In these classes, Tracy will unveil brand new choreography to expand your physical vocabulary, and deepen the conversation with your body for transformative results. Each class will be a soulful session to explore your somatic self, fusing meditative movement with next-level sculpting for a mind-body experience like no other, empowering us to step into the new season with renewed energy, confidence, and body freedom.
ELIGIBILITY
Every 2-hour daily workout happens on the MYMODE: Tracy’s signature nature-driven apparatus. All ViTAlity Week Virtual Pass holders must own a MYMODE in order to participate.
